Bring2Life Creative Counselling is a charity making mental health easy and affordable in Estevan. Our Master’s-level therapist offers CBT, DBT, and Play Therapy for ages 6+ — individuals, couples, and groups.
How we make it easy:
We come to you — home, park, or community space.
In-office sessions with transportation on request.
Virtual sessions by phone, video, or text.
How we keep it affordable:
We cover your co-pays if you’re insured — no out-of-pocket!
Direct billing to most insurers, including NIHB.
No insurance? Pay what you can with our donation-based sessions.Images
